CD without CD Drive

I called the help line to get a download link and registered for a call back.  After waiting for 37 minutes, I got one but when I proceeded to press 1 to connect with an agent, the automated system did the exact opposite and disconnected my call.  VERY frustrating, can someone please just push a download of turbo tax to my account?
