Charged a shipping fee

I just ordered a CD for Advantage Home and Business 2023 and was charged $3.95 for shipping.  The order form said shipping is free.   Can I please get the shipping charge refunded?  Thanks.

Not helpful at all.   Only gave me phone and other contact info for tech problems and the refund form only allowed a refund for the entire charge which I'm not asking for.   I only want my shipping charges refunded.  Can't I talk to a live person who can process this for me?

What garbage. Known issue for over a week and after finally figuring out how to get a human being on the phone directed to fill out a form to get a refund on my shipping charge which they are aware of already. They could have posted that here. Time to check out alternative software. Customer service has taken a few steps down.

Yes, after finally going all over the website to find a place to lodge my request, I received an email saying they were looking into it and would get back to me.    That was a week ago and I still have heard nothing.  It's a pretty cut and dried question and answer.  And I don' t believe they have an excuse to not issue the refund.
