I donate blood to a local 501(c)3 organization. Is the mileage to and from the donation facility eligible for deduction as a charitable donation?

It depends. The mileage to and from the donation site is deductible as a charitable donation if the sole purpose of your trip is to donate blood. The rate for charitable mileage is 14 cents per mile. You must have records for the date, purpose, and mileage for each trip.
