You did not really ask a question, so this is only a best guess. if you are trying to get a discount for TurboTax software through an offer you saw for Chase bank, you have to start your tax return from the link on the Chase web site.

I started my tax return regularly on TurboTax website. Before I place my order, I closed all the taps and opened the link from Chase offer. However, I did not get the instant saving applied to my order. Did I do anything wrong?

If Your Affiliate Partner Discount for TurboTax is Not Applied

If you followed the steps above and your affiliate discount has not been applied, try deleting your cookies. Then:

Go back to the special website provided by your bank, credit union, or insurance company and select the TurboTax link or icon.
- This will take you to the special TurboTax-branded affiliate site with the discounted pricing.
Sign in to TurboTax and open or continue your return.
Select Tax Tools on the left, and then Tools.
Now select the My Fees button. It should show the discount.
