During review, I got a check this entry on Form 1099-B Worksheet.

I filled in the date on the box, hit continue and it brings me back to the same page. I scroll down on the worksheet and it is filled in. I have filled it in on the date acquired box, on the worksheet itself, I've closed and opened my return and I cannot get past this. Any ideas?
