I filed return and entered the incorrect info sent in IRS notice.  How can I correct it since my return was accepted?

Unfortunately, you can't.   You will have to wait for them to process it.   Once accepted, there is no getting it back - it is like you put it in the big blue mailbox.   😞

You cannot correct it now.   If the IRS accepted your e-file you cannot change anything.   If your mistake was entering the wrong amount for the child tax credit payments you received then the IRS will check and fix the mistake, but you can expect a long delay ---do not expect a quick refund.
