When I did my Michigan State tax return I was told by Turbo Tax that I was exempt from paying City of Port Huron city taxes because my rental house was outside the city. Now I am being told by the city that I need to file the city tax returns for 2016 to 2021. I checked the address, and it was entered correctly in Turbo Tax. Is there any way I can go back and manually change it to calculate the tax?
