I answered "Yes" to the first two questions. The last question reads" Was any rent you received for nonresidential use of your property 20% or less of your rental income during 2023? You are given 2 options to answer this question.
1. ___Yes, nonresidential rent made up less than 20% of my rental income.
2.____No, nonresidential rent was 20% or more of my rental income.

I'm not sure how to answer this question. What exactly does "nonresidential rent" mean?

Thanks, for your feedback.

Nonresidential rent would be rent paid by a commercial or industrial tenant, such as a retail vendor or professional service provider, or an office building.
