Claiming child

My ex wife filed as head of house hold. But I claimed our son on my taxes. They rejected my return because of this. Can I still claim him or not?

    If your ex wife claimed your child on her tax return as the custodial parent to file as head of household, then she must relinquish the dependency to you to allow you to claim the child as a dependent. If she also claimed the child as a dependent, you can't claim the child.
