my old computer crashed, I bought a new computer a couple weeks ago, but had trouble with the fan and could not get a resolution from Lenovo, so I took the computer back. I am trying to load my Turbo Tax 2019 in to the new computer, but get a message saying all five of my uses of the code have been used. What can I do?
