Question

Code A-101 NY tax return doesn't let me proceed with e-file. could you please take a look. It keeps popping out the Check this Entry page. My file number is "1301762".

This seems to be a common bug faced by many. Could you let me know what the solution is?

    The zero needs to be deleted.   Once both fields are blank, the error goes away.
