Complaint for false advertising. Turbo tax say they guarantee accuracy but they still charge

I was overcharged by turbo tax and IRS made. Corrections. I never got a refund due to errors made by software. I submitted documents to IRS . I now have been charged $188 and contacted Turbo tax to that the charge was unauthorized. There is no email available by turbo tax to message someone. All the emails they sent have no-reply.
