Greetings!

I started filing my 2017 taxes using turbo tax last year, but I did not complete them.  How can I return to where I left off and finish?

Since TurboTax 2017 online is no longer available, you'll need to purchase the CD/Download version and complete your return using that software.  Additionally, prior-year returns cannot be e-filed.  You'll need to print, sign and mail your return when it's complete.  I recommend mailing using Certified Mail so that you have proof the IRS has received your return.

The TurboTax FAQ linked below will instruct you on how to proceed.  Please post back if you have further questions.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.  Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.

Note:  The desktop software you need to prepare the prior year return must be installed/downloaded to a full PC or Mac.  It cannot be used on a mobile device.

Could you please ask a complete question that we can understand?  It wastes our time to try to guess.
