Computer crashed. loaded turbo on new computer. when trying to import .tax 2024 it is not found. when I go to file manager and click on it (it is there).

(I was able to transfer info from old computer to USB) When I go to file manager and click on .tax2024 it tries to run but says running on a different computer.

TurboTax Online

If it's a .tax2024 file then it should be a native turbo tax file. You shouldn't need to import it, you can just open it. The import function is looking for a file with a different extension.
