Connecting to Brokerage Account

 I cannot connect to my Morgan Stanley Brokerage account for the download.  My account allow 3rd parter sharing and when I called Morgan Stanley they said there should be no problem in connecting to TurboTax and the problem has to be on TurboTax software.  When I try in TT, I just get a Bleep and it says there is an error and to check third party sharing.  But the third party sharing is on. It worked fine last year.

 

According to blogs, others have the same problem.  TurboTax should give suggestions on line of what to do, but I see nothing about it.

similar thread, many others in the forum also.  if exhausted the various suggestions in these threads and still stuck you may just need to input manually.
