"continue" button for import data from e*trade from Morgan Stanley is not enabled

I have installed turbo tax premier on my mac, but I can not import data from E*trade from Morgan stanley. After I input user id and password, the "continue" button on the software is disabled. What should  I to correct this problem? Thanks.

    Run the manual update to see if it corrects your problem.  Please respond back if you are still having issues after running the update:

    The link you posted is for windows manual update. I am running on MacOS. Do you have the similar link for Mac?
