Corrected W2 Box 1 and 2 are empty. Do I keep the original W2 info for Box 1 and Box 2 and just update Boxes 3, 4, 5, and 6 that are on the corrected W2?.

Corrected W2 has changes to Boxes 3, 4, 5 and 6.  The corrected W2 has blanks for Boxes 1 and 2.  Do I keep the amounts from the Original W2 for Boxes 1 and 2?   If the Fed and State Taxes Owed/Refund are both $0, do I still need to file the Amended Return?

In this case you do not need an amended return.  The information on the corrected W2 does not change your tax return itself.  Keep the corrected W2 for your records.

But yes, for a corrected W-2, you would leave the other boxes alone (1&2, and any others) and only change the boxes that actually have new values from the corrected W-2.  Luckily for your situation, the changes you made really didn't do anything to change you actual taxes.
