Could Not Efile want refund of charge for state return

I tried numerous times to efile.  Received same message that prior year AGI security question was answered wrong for my husband:  It wasn't as I verified the AGI number numerous times and the same number was autofiled by the program.

 

I believe the issue was because my husband passed away in 2019.

 

In any event I ended up mailing the returns, and I had already paid the $20 some dollars for electronically filing the South Carolina return.  I need this amount refunded to my credit card.  How do we get this done?

To contact TurboTax customer service/support use their contact website during business hours. If the problem concerns any type of refund for fees, use the key words billing issues and do Not use the word Refund or you will get a phone number for tax refunds.

Could not e file my tax returns but paid the fee for state return. Please refund the fee.
