Hey, I am 23 years old and was claimed as dependent by my parents in 2018 but NOT in 2019. I have filed my taxes already for 2019 and so have my parents. Am I eligible for stimulus payment ?

Yes, if you e-filed a 2019 tax return reporting you are not claimed as a dependent by another person, and your parents' 2019 did not claim you as a dependent, you are "on the list" for a stimulus payment.

If your 2019 tax return has a refund that will be deposited to your bank account, you are also "on the list" to have the stimulus payment deposited directly to your bank account.

If your 2019 tax return did not have a refund deposited to your bank account, or had a payment due, you will get a check instead of a direct deposit unless you provide the IRS with your banking information.  Use the Get my Payment button at this link to provide the IRS with your banking information to get a direct deposit.

Okay, so I am supposedly "on this list" but is there an estimated time frame as to when the deposit will occur? As it is now June and I still haven't received anything and the "Get my payment" tool has said " Payment status not available" for the last three months. I am confused as to why it would take this long

The IRS can look at your 2018 or 2019 return to issue a stimulus check.  If they do not have a 2018 return then you may be waiting for them to finish processing 2019 before they will be able to use it to issue your stimulus check.

TurboTax has no control over your stimulus check, nor can TT track it for you or tell you when the IRS will issue it. Refer to the sites linked below:
