COVID-19 Stimulus payment hasn’t arrived. I’m a TurboTax customer, and I’ve read that this might be why. What is the best way to resolve this?

It depends.

 

The IRS has just started issuing the stimulus payments and is working as quickly as they can to issue the payments.

TT has nothing to do with the payment. it comes directly from the iRS. you read the equivalent of fake news. that really is fake,
