Credit Karma Disclosure signings

I go all the way through for the advance loan, and clicked the boxes to agree that this is how I want my refund, but it keeps telling me to sign. Sign what and where?

    Were you able to solve your issue? Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies, and reopen TurboTax.
