CT state forms cannot be viewed, printed or downloaded - what is going on?

While Turbotax will allow me to file by Federal, NY and CT taxes, when I go to print them there is a message that says CT forms are not available to view, print or download because some of the forms have not been finalized yet.  #1- why would they allow me to file if the forms are not final?  #2 - CT dept of revenue services site doesn't show any forms not being finalized  #3 - Turbotax, when will this be resolved?  Please help.  Thank you

It may be that one of the forms in your Connecticut state return are ready to e-file but not yet ready to print and file by mail. This may be causing that message. If you click on this TurboTax Help article showing state form availability, and then click on Connecticut, it shows some forms are currently available to e-file but not to print and file until Feb 3rd or the 17th. Please try again after that date if any of those forms are in your return. State Tax Forms Availability Dates
