Do I list my home of record mailing address for active duty military or my current address at my duty station?

Your current mailing address should be the address where you currently reside because that is the address that the IRS will send any written communication to if they need to contact you.  It can differ from your residency or home of record.  However, if you prefer written communication goes to your home of record address because you are moving around a lot or may not be at your current duty station in the foreseeable future, then using your home of record address may be preferable for you.
