How do I speak with a live person? I need some assistance.

@gogonzaga2020 Phone support is not provided with the Free Edition.  If you are using a paid version of the software or if you purchased PLUS you can get phone support when customer support is there.  Otherwise, post your question here and someone will try to help.

We cannot tell from your post what version of the software you are using since you added to an existing thread.  If you are asking about TurboTax Live help from a CPA:

I do not understand how if my income tax  was excepted on March the 12 at  1201 am the cares act was not a law as of yet so why am I not getting of the new tax credits

@Delana6969  Which credits are you missing?   Did you have unemployment?

 

If you filed early before the exclusion, the IRS will recalculate your return for the new 10,200 unemployment exemption for you. There is no need for taxpayers to file an amended return unless the calculations make the taxpayer newly eligible for additional federal credits and deductions not already included on the original tax return.

 

No way to track it.  Just keep waiting.  The IRS is sending them out in batches over the summer.
