Customer online activities such as clicks from affiliate partners offers should be logged at TurboTax. Customers requests for reimbursement after being rejected for using an advertised offer without an investigation into this matter should be covered by TurboTax Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. Can this policy be reviewed to improve customer satisfaction?

Once you finish completing your return, you will receive an email within a few days with a survey inside. I would suggest completing the survey, and including this within the survey. This way it can be recorded and sent over to the correct team.
