Date of state residence status not accepted. I have entered 01/01/2017 and I keep getting send back to review the information entered. what do I do ?

Date of state residence status not accepted. I have entered 01/01/2017 and I keep getting send back to review the information entered. what do I do ?
This is for a state residency in Maryland. I am a US citizen not on an immigration status

The program only wants to know if you moved into or out of the state in 2020.
