I am filing an1040SR and 1310 for a deceased person.  I think I need to sign the deceased persons name and then my name and POA for power of attorney.  Also, can I file e-file or with get thrown out, and mail anyway?

    You can efile the 1040 with the 1310. When you fill out the 1310, it will ask about your ability to file, POA in your case. 

    The IRS has a quick  How Do I File a Deceased Person interactive assistant. It is very detailed and may give you additional information.  I am very sorry for your loss.
