My brother passed away this year and my family wants to file his taxes but we're not able to log into his turbo tax account, what do we do now?

Can you simply start a new account to file a final return for him? 

Do you think he would have "carry-overs" from previous years? Such as a loss or credit? 

 

His account would be password protected and we do not have assess to that information.  If you have access to his email, and you know his username, you could try to retrieve his account by using the "Forgot Password" link.
