My federal deductions will not transfer to Kentucky state. There are no errors in the federal form and have tried multiple times to complete Kentucky, yet it will not transfer my eligible deductions (mortgage interest and charitable donations). I talked to tech support for an hour to no avail. Extremely frustrated!
