Question

Deferred gains from 1031 "Like Kind Exchange" keep getting calculated into tax payment due numbers despite showing up as differed gain . Anyone know what to do?

"Like Kind Exchange" clearly summary shows it as differed, yet the tax due amounts are including the amounts to  the payments due both fed and state.  Help! anyone run across this?
