In the state of Texas the trust is required to file a franchise tax return.  It won't owe any money (unless it made over a million dollars this year) but it is required to file the return.

 

You should have received a letter from the Texas state comptroller with a bunch of numbers in a box in the upper right corner.  You'll need those numbers to file the return.
