Deleted my Tax Returns

This is the first year I HAD to download TT since it was not offered in CD format. When I downloaded, it deleted every single one of my tax returns that I had on my computer where I had TT downloaded from a CD. Not sure what kind of glitch there is but I am not a happy camper this happened. I called Intuit and no help or explanation.

This should not happen. Have your searched your computer for the files? Maybe they are in a different drive.

Yes I tried searching every possible way. They are gone. And I didn't "accidentally" deleye 8 years of tax returns.

As additional info. The only returns of mine found when searching .tax are those where I did not have the program still loaded on my computer. Every year where I had downloaded TT from a disk, the returns disappeared upon downloading 2024 TT online.
