DEMAND FOR Payment letter

I received a demand for payment letter from the NM IRS. I called them and they told me that turbo tax submitted all NM returns based on last years tax dates instead of the 15th which was the 18th last year. Even though I submitted everything on the 14th, both parties are saying that they are not responsible for paying the $14.16 and interest will be added everyday.

Did a chat with turbotax, they sent me to a site and then I got an email that still is not helping me!
