dependent showing on state tax return
I added my daughter to my federal tax return as a dependent. I lived in CA earlier in the year, and later moved to FL. She was born in FL. I didn't complete a FL tax return. I only completed a CA tax return. I see that she appears on the CA tax return at the very end. I didn't add her specifically to CA. The software automatically did that. Will that be a problem on my CA state tax return? I don't know how you can even modify this on the state return. Does anyone know how to if necessary? Thanks.
