Please clarify your question by adding some additional information so we may better help you. Such as: What version of TurboTax are you using? What do you mean by Desktop App? Are you using TurboTax Desktop (downloaded to your computer)? Are you using TurboTax Online? Are you stating your state return won't load? Did you clear your cache and cookies?
