With reference to question 'Did either of you take a disaster distribution at any time between 2018 and 2020?' - Does this relate to Economic Impact payments received (Stimulus Checks) or Child tax credits received?

NO. That question has nothing at all to do with stimulus checks or the child tax credit. It is about taking money out of a retirement account like an IRA or 401k. If you did not do that then say NO every time it asks about a disaster relief payment.
