You should receive an email from TurboTax with confirmation of e-file for your federal and for your state returns. If you do not see them, please check the spam folder on your email account as some mail providers put the return updates there and it might vary year to year.  The email will tell you if the federal was accepted or rejected and if it was rejected, what needs to be changed.

If you do not have one for your state, please log back into TurboTax and click on State, on the left menu, to check that the return is completed and File, to go back into the filing process.

If you do not see that option on the menu, please scroll down to your tax returns and documents and click on add a state, you don't actually need to add it, that just opens the return so you can finish your state.
