2017 we filed separate and this year 2019 we're filing separate.

Yes, you filed if the 2018 return your husband filed was a joint return. If TurboTax asks you if you filed a 2018 return, then you'd say "yes."

A joint returned is filed by both spouses and signed by both spouses. When efiling 2019, each spouse will use the same total 2018 AGI to verify the 2019 return for efiling. Do not divide or otherwise allocate the 2018 AGI for this verification purpose.
