Did not get my pwc discount even after using the link the firm provided each time I went in to work on my return. http://turbotax.intuit.com/employer/pwc

I specifically and intentionally used the link the firm provided each time I went in to work on my return. I saw the firm logo in the website as I did my returns. But once everything was done, I was charged in full?

I had the same issue, and was told by Turbo Tax that i should contact the company providing the discount link. I contacted the company and they said ask Turbo Tax. So it seems like there's no real answer.
