Did not withdraw from dependent care FSA

I forgot to withdraw from my FSA for daycare expenses for 2019 and 2020.  For the 2019 year, the $5000 was returned back to me in 2020.  The same will happen this year for the 2020 tax year.  I have qualifying daycare expenses.  Is there anyway I can claim my daycare expenses on my taxes since $5,000 is being returned through normal payroll?

Yes, if you did not have dependent care benefits reported in Box 10 on your W-2 and your 2020 benefits were paid out to you rather than rolled over.

Your qualifying daycare expenses make you eligible for the Child and Dependent Care Credit if your child is eligible and you and your spouse, if any, had earned income or were full-time students.

To claim the Child and Dependent Care Credit, go to the Federal > Deductions & Credits > You and Your Family > Dependent Care Credit section, and click Start/Revisit.
