Didn’t get my tax refund

I had accidentally put on my federal tax refund that I did not get the $600 stimulus but I did. I got a letter from the irs saying that I did get the 600 and I don’t know what to do get my federal after that. I got my state in but not my federal.

The IRS should automatically adjust your tax return and pay the remaining refund. (If you were expecting $1000, they should send $400, and so on.)

Did the adjustment change your tax return from expecting a refund to owing a payment?
