I got a divorce last year. I'm finished with my turbo tax itemization. However it seems it may be filing me as single filing jointly? Is that possible. I've done a married turbo tax itemization the last few years and am attempting to use those previous years as a reference that helps with rentals, etc.

There is no "single filing jointly" status.  Look under the personal info tab to see what the status is.  Your only choices are single or Head of Household (if you have a dependent living with you.)

Did you previously file a joint return?  If you did

  • and you were the first name listed, you can use that same account.
  • and you were the second name listed, you need to create a new account, as the first name cannot be deleted.
