I live in a rented apartment in NJ, and been here since November 2018(less than 183 days). Now I'm going to fill the NJ state refund. Is rented apartment considered as a domicile? I may live here for a long time in the future but I know I won't live here permanently. Do I consider a NJ resident or non-resident?
