Do I get a relief fund due lack of work from covid I do odd jobs and things are really hard?

"Relief fund?"   If you were working and are now unemployed you can seek unemployment compensation from your state unemployment office.  There is not a "relief fund" to enter anything about on your tax return.

 

If you did not receive the 1st and/or 2nd stimulus check you can get it by filing a 2020 tax return.  If you need to file a 2020 return it can only be filed by mail.   You either need to purchase the CD/download software or use the paper forms and prepare them by hand.  For help with that, post back.

 

 

If you did not receive the 3rd stimulus check you can get it as a recovery rebate credit on your 2021 tax return.

 

If you are working odd jobs and earn over $400 you are supposed to report that income as self-employment income.  You cannot use the free edition of TurboTax to do that, but in mid-January there will be some software programs available through the IRS Free File program so that you can prepare a free return:
