Do I get the federal refund only through Credit Karma? I tried creating an account but there always seems to be a problem..

It always says "Your personal information doesn’t match with credit bureau records."

You won't need to create a Credit Karma account to file your tax return and receive your tax refund through TurboTax.

Do you have a freeze on your credit reports? If you do, you will receive a message that your information does not match with the credit bureau records. You will need to lift the freeze and try to create the Credit Karma account again. Also, you want to make sure you answering the verifying questions correctly.
