Do I have credit for being caregiver for mom?

my mom lives with me all year and i  am her caregiver and take her to all her appointments and pay for all housing

You have not mentioned what income---if any--your mother has.   She might be a qualified relative dependent if she has less than $4700 of income ---not including any Social Security.   If you can claim her you get a $500 credit for other dependents.
