Do I have to add my W-2 if I only made $5000 at a job? (I quit this job in february)

I worked at a job for the first 2 months of the year and made only $5000. I have a new job and I did file the taxes for it. Do I need to add the W-2 from my old job?

    Yes, you have to report all income. And have to add your W-2 for that job.
