Do I have to claim ordinary dividends (1099-DIV) on my daughters custodial account?
My daughter is 18 and a full time student with no income other than $1006.56 on a 1099-DIV which is a custodial account with myself and we live in Maryland.

No, you don't have to claim your daughter's dividends on your return. If this is the only income she has, she is not required to file a return, either.
