Question

Do I have to file if I did not make enough income in 2020? I won’t receive a federal income check. Does this effect my third stimulus check that I have not yet received?

I have gone onto Turbo and it shows I won’t receive anything. Do I need to file anyway to receive the third stimulus? I did file in 2019.

No, the IRS will look at your 2019 or 2020 tax return to see if you're eligible for a third stimulus check and, if so, to determine the amount of your check.
