Do I have to give the proof that I paid half of my total living expenses? If yes, how would I prove it?

I want to claim my brother as a dependant. But I lived with my parent and shared my bills with my parents. But I paid my part with cash. But how do I prove it?

So, since you made more than double your parents, there wouldn't be anything to prove for claiming yourself.

As for your brother, if there is no dispute and you are contributing MORE than half of his support then you would be able to claim him as a dependent, but he would only be eligible to be a Qualifying Relative if he is not in school

Do your parents work?  How old is your brother?  How old are you? Does your brother work? Are your parents claiming your brother?  Do they plan to claim you?

My father made 18000. My mother didn't earn a penny. They didn't claim any of us as dependants.  I am 20. my brother is 19. I made 37k and my brother made only 1k. He worked only for a couple of weeks.

This is the IRS worksheet for determining support.

The fact that you made more is a decent amount of proof.  ATM withdrawals. Your parents stating that yes, you are paying the bills.  If you really want to cover all basis have them write something down stating that you pay them cash to pay the bills or that you are paying for more than half of the bills in the household.  If there is no dispute between you, your parents and your brother this is not as likely to require hard evidence

This does NOT need to be sent in with your taxes.
